Multi Award winning rapper Fifi Cooper has been interdicted by her previous employer, Ambitiouz Entertainment for a breach of contract.
Fifi Cooper was trending on twitter on Monday afternoon after the recording label released a statement confirming the interdict from the Gauteng High court.
In the copyright matter against Fifi, the Gauteng High Court has ruled in favour of Ambitious Group Pty (Ltd), read the statement.

According to the statement, the rapper cannot sing any of ‘her’ songs must pay back royalties, court costs, and damages, and cannot claim copyright of ‘her’ songs.
This comes after the mass exodus of rappers from Ambitiouz that sent shock waves in the music industry back in February.
She was joined by A-Reece and rap duo B3nchmarq in her exit.
Here is how people reacted to the news:

No hypocrisy dude.A lot of artist don’t read and understand their contracts well before signing .And in this case of Fifi it’s clear she didn’t read or understand everything. The High Court can’t be https://t.co/kecISBCxqd it’s a mess. They own her songs just imagine.
