In case anyone was still hoping for a reconciliation between AKA and Cassper in years to come…we’ve got some news for you; it will never happen. Well, at least according to Cassper.
Cassper, who performed at the One Africa Music Festival in London last week, was speaking to followers on Twitter about unity in the hip-hop industry on Sunday when he made it clear that he and AKA would never work together.
Don’t make this about me and AKA. That one will never happen. I mean it from the bottom of my heart. IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!!! It’s gone too far. I’m talking about the rest of SA hip hop. Ain’t nobody I don’t mind reconciling with and building with except the broer. LETS BUILD!!! https://t.co/4oBICp4gj5

Cassper said that he was even willing to get into studio with Emtee even though the two have have had a couple of fall outs recently.
“Even that one is possible too. He’s disrespected me and I’ve offended him too but I’m willing to build still. He’s talented & I know he might even take this tweet and disrespect me again and I’ll still be willing to work with him cause I love SA hip-hop and that’s what it needs.”
One follower encouraged Cassper to lead by example since he’s preaching unity in the game.
So bro you encourage SA artists to be united but you say you and AKA will never make peace!!! Lead by example bro

While many had forgotten about their beef, while promoting his forthcoming album AKA has taken jabs at Cassper and his ex, Bonang Matheba.
